 1. Shipping Locations
We ship both domestically within India and internationally. If you have any specific questions about shipping to your location, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

 2. Shipping Charges
- Domestic Shipping (Within India):
  - Standard Shipping: Free for all orders above ₹1500. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
  - Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost, calculated based on your location and the size of your order.

- International Shipping:
  - Shipping charges for international orders are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
  - Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply upon arrival in the destination country.

 3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

4. Delivery Time
- Domestic Shipping:
  - Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
  - Express Shipping: 2-4 business days.
  
- International Shipping:
  - Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and selected shipping method. Generally, delivery can take between 7-21 business days.
  - Please be aware that international delivery times may be affected by customs clearance and other factors beyond our control.

 5. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor your delivery status.

 6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees that may apply once the package reaches the destination country. Gataca Labs LLP is not responsible for any additional charges that may arise during customs clearance.

 7. Failed Deliveries and Returned Packages
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Gataca Labs LLP is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable, we will notify you by email. You can choose to have the package resent (additional shipping charges may apply) or request a refund (excluding shipping costs).

8. Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide a photo of the damaged item(s) and packaging for us to process a claim with the carrier.
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement if necessary.
